Tramadol is a painkiller under opioid medications, it has been made purposely to reduce excruciating pains and its mainly supposed to be used in hospitals and not to be sold drug stores and chemical shops.
People abuse it a lot and it is mostly with some trotro mates and some other guys who claim to be “loading boys”.Ignorantly, they don’t know its a drug which you can easily get addicted to. “It then messes them up and they act all weird”
Romeo’s main hope is that, people would help him to share the news especially the various celebrities just as Grandpapa Reggie Rockstone has helped shared on his Instagram page.
