The 4th annual edition of Golden Movie Awards Africa was held on Saturday June 2, 2018 at the Movenpick Ambassador Hotel in Accra to award hardworking filmmakers who are telling the African story across Africa.

The event which was organised by NMJ Ghana saw a series of celebrities, renowned personalities among others came to witness the success of the beautiful night.

The star-studded event was attended by filmmakers from Ghana, Nigeria, Uganda, and Ivory Coast like; Nikki Samonas, Veteran actor Fred Amugi, Nigerian actress Lilian Esoro, Lydia Forson, Vicky Zugah, Salma Mumin, Jackie Appiah, Cameroon’s Allene Menget, Shirley Frimpong-Manso, Ekow Smith-Asante, Gloria Sarfo, Peter Ritchie, AY, Martha Ankomah, Joselyn Dumas, Kofi Adjorlolo, Ken Erics, Nana Ama McBrown, Fiifi Coleman, Peter Ritchie, Umar Krupp, D-Black with his team (BAM) among others.

The Golden Movie Awards (GMAA), organized by NMJ, seeks to honor outstanding achievement in the African television and film industries, and it is administered by the experts in the film and television industry on the African continent.
