PRESS RELEASE: FreQuency officially changes stage name to Kwame Dame

Ghanaian rapper who was formerly known as FreQuency and his able management wish to inform the media and the general public about the change of his stage name to Kwame Odame.

According to management, Samuel Nana Kwame Odame Ampofo is the birth name of the rapper and he resolves to use Kwame Dame as his official stage name for easy recognition locally and internationally as he carries along with him his heritage as a Ghanaian.

Kwame Dame is a young Ghanaian hip hop and afrobeat artiste who came to the spotlight with his viral video “Welcome to Ghana”, a song that explains some Ghanaian lifestyles, especially among the youth.

He was part of the artist to be mentioned on Twitter for Sarkodie to put on his viral hip-hop banger Biibi Ba.
