VIDEO: Sarkodie beat Falz, Nasty C, Lil Simz others to win 2019 BET International Flow award

Ghanaian rapper Michael Owusu Addo widely known as Sarkodie has won the first 2019 BET International Flow award at the 2019 BET Hip-Hop Awards.

Sarkodie has taken the new category this year dubbed Best International Flow that will highlight artists from different countries such as Nigeria, UK, France, South Africa, Ghana and Canada.

Sarkodie was in the same category with Falz (Nigeria), Ghetts (U.K.), Kalash (France), Lil Simz (U.K.), Nasty C (South Africa) and Tory Lanez (Canada).

The BET International Artiste laureate has got another nod, in a new category for the 2019 edition of the BET Hip Hop Awards.

The 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards happened on Oct. 5, at Atlanta’s Cobb Energy Center after vacationing in Miami for the last two years.
