Nationalists Night, gave attendees a unique opportunity to bond and share unforgettable experiences with a lot of fun and to showcase the national colours.<br />
<br />
Kwadwo Nkansah “Lil Win", who is the CEO of Wezzy Empire, was the headline act for the night delivered one of his best performances, gave attendees agog with back-to-back performance to his hit songs. The massive crowds cheered and sang along to his songs been performed.<br />
<br />
The night was collaborated among two entities to celebrate Ghana's 63rd Independence Day for attendees to show their love for the Motherland and have fun.<br />
<br />
Some top performers on the night were Article Wan, Kofi Mole, among others who showed class on stage.<br />
<br />
Nationalist Night was organised by Hi-Tabel Restaurants & Skybar In collaboration with Weezy Empire Events Hub.<br />

Abeiku Santana held an 'End of Year Party' for Ghanaian bloggers, Club Santana and his workers on Friday January 3, 2020 at Bayslodge and Apartment in Accra.<br />
<br />
He took the night to address a section of Ghanaian bloggers and his workers, said they are playing pivotal roles in disseminating information to the masses.<br />
<br />
He thanked everyone for his or her immense support to his brand and the Nation as a whole and commended Ghanaian bloggers like; Zion Felix, Kobby Kyei, Nana Kesse, Monte Oz, Sammy of TMGHLive, Sammy Kay, Pep Junia, George Britton, Eugene Safo Nkansah of Nkonkonsa and others for doing amazingly well and for their great impact in the industry and corporate world.<br />
<br />
He argued that many bloggers are doing great and marvellous jobs more than the traditional media in Ghana and they are more powerful than newspapers currently in the country.<br />
<br />
Abeiku Santana expressed his happiness about the establishment of Bloggers Association in Ghana which he believes will become a strong force for people to appreciate them.<br />
<br />
Award-winning Okay FM presenter again, advised Ghanaian bloggers to maintain high moral standards to retain the image of their profession.<br />
<br />
He also tasked them to strive to give off their best in their work despite the challenges that confronted the blogging profession to help raise responsible for the industry.<br />

He calls himself a "the humble dove" and sings sweet songs of melodies to inspire the youth and new generation, not to mention his plans to sign new artist unto 3Tymz Vibration Recordz being the CEO of the label.<br />
<br />
So his latest interview, with Abeiku Santana on Okay FM #Ekwansodwoodwoo, was on-brand for the musician.<br />
<br />
He didn't only touch on the <a href="https://www.nanakesse.com/2019/12/rootikal-swagger-calls-on-govt-to.html?m=0">legalization of marijuana</a>, but also said he's the biggest artist in Achimota now and no doubt about that. <br />
<br />
"I'm undoubtedly, biggest artist currently in Achimota."<br />
<br />
"It's just not even a question anymore." He said.<br />
<br />
According to the "Me Nko Me Da" singer, he's the only and first ever Achimota artist to host one of the biggest outdoor concerts in Accra dubbed "Achimota To The World" concert which gained a nomination at Ghana Event Awards 2019.<br />
<br />
"I'm not bragging but I'm the only and first ever artist in Achimota to host an outdoor concert thrice and even got nomination at Ghana Event Awards." He said.<br />
<br />
"My team and I started with a name "Achimota Stands For Peace" before the 2016 general election and subsequently changed to "Achimota To The Word" concert...we again held Achimota Sallah Fest this year." He added.<br />
<br />
Other than music, one of his business ventures are farming and clothing line, he told the host.<br />
<br />
Rootikal Swagger is billed to perform at the second edition of Okay FM Accra Concert 2019 this December 26 at Achimota Retail Centre/Mall in Accra.<br />

Marijuana (wee) is one of the drugs criminalized in many countries globally, despite it not being much more dangerous than either cigarettes or alcohol, both of which remain legal.<br />
<br />
The advocacy or debate for the legalization of marijuana continues to linger around the necks of Ghanaians and just when the matter seemed to have gone down, on Wednesday, December 11, 2019, Afropop/Dancehall artist Rootikal Swagger speaking on Okay FM #Ekwansodwodwo added his voice to the controversial issue of legalizing the use of marijuana in the country, calling on government to reform our drug laws, saying the punishment people receive for simply smoking marijuana is harsh.<br />
<br />
The "Ebefa" hitmaker, again, called government to put up good measures or structures to make the use of the substance legal, to help boost the country's economy and avoid people abusing it.<br />
<br />
“All we are saying is that, government must stop criminalizing marijuana, but rather legalize it and put up good structures or measures to avoid people from abusing it....if that's the reason for not legalizing" he said.<br />
<br />
"With good structures, marijuana can change the country's economy” he added.<br />
<br />
Even prominent people such as late Kofi Annan, as well as the former Executive Secretary of the Narcotics Control Board, Mr Yaw Akrasi Sarpong, made similar calls, though theirs were geared towards the decriminalization of its use.<br />
<br />
Renowned Journalist  Kwesi Pratt, radio host, Blakk Rasta, Abeiku Santana (OK FM), Mr Kwame Sefa Kayi of Peace FM, A Plus, are among the people advocating for the legalization of marijuana, though they all want the government to put up measures in regulating it after the legalization.<br />

The personalities include business mogul and philanthropist Jack Ma, and former Secretary General of the United Nations, Ban Ki Moon.<br />

Jack Ma is the co-founder and former executive chairman of Alibaba Group, a multinational technology conglomerate.<br />

The personalities who arrived in Ghana on Friday November 15, 2019 paid separate calls on the President of the Republic of Ghana, H.E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo – Addo at the Jubilee house.<br />
<br />
According to information gathered, these Chinese personalities are  in Ghana to participate in the maiden edition of the Africa Netpreneurship Summit, which will be held at the Accra International Conference, on Saturday (Today), November 16, 2019.<br />

The Burniton Music Group boss pleaded with fans, deejays and stakeholders to help push their song international so they can rub shoulders with our Nigerian counterparts. In his pursuit to make the global dream a reality, Stonebwoy has urged music fanatics to rally their support behind the Ghana music industry to make the long-awaited global ambition see the light of day. In so doing he has laid down so plans to help build an auditorium in Volta Region which will help promote young artistes in the region and also for holding events as well. In his submission, he also made Ghanaians aware that his dream comes to reality he won’t stop but extend to other regions as well.<br />

In an exclusive interview with Abeiku Santana on Okay 101.7 FM, was asked if the beef with Shatta Wale has ended entirely, Stonebwoy said; “Ghanaians love these vibe indeed. But for now, I’ll plead that they support our craft so that we go international with our music and rob shoulders with our Nigerian counterparts.“<br />
<br />
“When they support our music, at some point the beef will happen naturally. We don’t beef intentionally; it happens naturally. As for the beef there’s some still left.<br />
<br />
I will continue to beef him. I keep scaring him. And that’s what makes the Bhim nation and SM strong. So it’s just a matter time for one to make a mistake to reignite our beef.” He added.<br />

Reports published by several social media bloggers claim that Ghanaian Oil and Gas entrepreneur and philanthropist, Kofi Amoa-Abban, is the brain behind Shatta Wale's latest car addition; the 2019 model of Range Rover.<br />

The report suggested that the car was gifted to Shatta Wale on his birthday by Mr. Abban who personally delivered the car to the dancehall artiste.<br />

Meanwhile, after receiving the Range Rover on Thursday, Shatta Wale shared a photo of the car on his Instagram page with a caption; “2019 Range Rover birthday gift from my Godfada ..Help say thank you to him for me ..This one is too much for me .. Now dierrrr more Pah Pah Pah," without stating who that Godfada is.<br />

However, bloggers who picked on the Instagram post concluded that the said car was from Mr. Abban.<br />

The Dancehall artiste who became uncomfortable with the false publication again took to his Instagram page and urged the bloggers to research well enough before putting things out in the public domain.<br />

He wrote: “All the bloggers spreading false rumours. about my friend should stop right now. II didn’t tell you he bought me a car. Let’s try to make this life we living be a better one for us all.”<br />

Shatta Wale who believes he wasn’t too hash on bloggers with his post asked them to “Please research before you put certain things out as professionals.”<br />
